Photo / Video Portrait Use Consent
Entirely optional. Portrait consent is not tied to buying a lesson, is not pre-checked, and declining does not affect participation. For minors, a legal guardian consents separately. The Chinese version is authoritative.
We may take photos or video during lessons. You may freely choose whether to allow use of images that identify you, for:
- Our official website and course introductions
- Our official social media (e.g. Instagram, Facebook, Threads, RED, and other platforms actually used)
- Our own digital / print advertising and recruitment materials
- I do not consent to any of the above
Conditions of use
- Consent period is 3 years from the date signed.
- You may withdraw consent for future new use via info@ykhokkaido.com. Withdrawal does not automatically undo lawful past publication already made under valid consent; we will reasonably stop new controllable use.
- This consent does not include facial recognition, building biometric data, or AI model training; any such use requires separate explicit handling.
- We will not use images in a way that is insulting, discriminatory, sexualised, or clearly unrelated to the original purpose.
