Cancellation & Refund Policy

A deposit is required at booking to secure your instructor and time slot; the balance is paid on the lesson day at the resort. Refunds are calculated based on the lesson date:

• Cancel 30+ days before: full refund of deposit (100%)
• Cancel 15–29 days before: 75% of amount paid
• Cancel 8–14 days before: 50% of amount paid
• Cancel within 7 days or no-show: no refund

The same rules apply to peak-season bookings (Dec 24–Jan 3, Feb 5–Feb 12). Refunds are returned to the original payment method; payment processing fees are non-refundable.

Camps use a separate group-formation policy: book 3 days ahead, notified 2 days ahead whether the group forms; if it forms the booking is non-cancellable, if it does not form you receive a full refund — different from the course / 1V1 policy above.
