• Payment details: processed by Stripe; the School does not store your full card number.

• To provide and manage bookings, collect deposits, and send confirmations / notifications.
• Customer contact and after-sales service.

Third-party processors

• Stripe — credit-card payment processing.
• Cal.com — booking scheduling and availability management.
• These providers may process data outside Japan.
